​The Ultimate Pull-Up Challenge

Challenge starts March 18th and ends April 15th. The winner will be announced on April 22nd. ​One winner will receive The Ultimate Pull-Up Program (or a Custom Program if you already own UPUP). The winner will be selected in a random draw.

​How To Enter The Challenge

​Share a picture or video of you doing the provided workout (or your pull-up progress throughout the challenge) with the hashtag #ultimatepullupchallenge on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. Don’t forget to tag Meghan Callaway!

Troubleshoot issues preventing you from excelling at pull-ups. Workouts last 10-15 minutes. Minimal equipment required.

Each workout includes an exercise that addresses: 1) Pull-up specific technique and mechanics2) Shoulder and scapular controlled mobility 3) Lumbo-pelvic stability
